About that, when it comes to visit Cuba, good mates are always there to be found. In these warm months three little magic characters wait for you to show you around this beautiful island and to share their experiences with all the visitors.
Let’s meet the Cubamigos: Ijuana, the iguana; Quelonio, the fast turtle and Pepelicano, the smart pelican. They are Meliá Cuba’s pets at family hotels, always in the search for children and they parents to show them how to enjoy holidays to the max #TheCubanWay.
Ijuana, with its body similar of our island in shape, is a very funny character who loves sunbathing on the sand. With Ijuana, kids can learn how to take care of the environment and also how to love and protect this island. We all should spend some time with this character. It will definitely make us more environmental friendly.
Quelonio is a fast sea turtle and loves to swim among the coral reefs. It is a very sporty character who shows its tenderness by seeking and collecting turtle eggs at the shores of our seas. We can always interact with Quelonio if we are feeling full of energy, we will surely have a great time.
The third character I want to introduce is Pepelicano, the brave pelican who can teach us bird names and fishing techniques. This laid-back friend is always looking for new adventures and I am sure that kids are going to love its company. With Pepelicano they will gain a funny friend and new insights about the natural feats of our island.
Each one of these little animals/ friends has a different story, a story that you can learn this summer, via Meliá Cuba’s social channels.
