With the aim of increasing our guests’ satisfaction levels and offering them a positive travel experience to Cuba, the free Wi-Fi service will be available from January 2020 in all hotels managed by the Paradisus by Meliá brand on the island.
This means we’ll provide this facility at Paradisus Varadero and Paradisus Princesa del Mar in the archipelago’s largest beach resort. Guests at Paradisus Los Cayos and those who choose Paradisus Rio de Oro in Holguin will also benefit.
These new additions lengthen the list of hotels managed by Meliá providing a free Wi-Fi connection throughout the Cuban destination.
In Havana, this service is included for all Meliá Cohiba and Meliá Habana guests, and in Varadero, for guests staying at Meliá Internacional Varadero, The Level Meliá Marina Varadero, The Level Meliá Las Américas and The Level Meliá Varadero. In Cayo Santa María, we offer free Wi-Fi in Meliá Buenavista; and in eastern Cuba the Meliá Santiago de Cuba also provides this option as an attractive feature of its The Level section.
By offering guests the ability to access the Internet free of charge we’re helping them enjoy their holiday, stay connected and share the highs of their stay. Business travellers and attendees at events, meetings, etc., can also make use of this extra service to ensure the outcome of their endeavours is successful.
Paradisus eco-resorts represent the height of Meliá Cuba’s all-inclusive luxury. Located in sun and beach destinations, they are based on the concept of superior comfort and a highly personalised service, focusing on guests who prefer the difference exceptional makes.
