From the 16th to the 19th of May Meliá will host the 5th edition of the Meliá Las Americas Golf Cup which is organized by Meliá Cuba. Meliá Las Americas is the only hotel with exclusive direct access to the Varadero Golf Club.

All golfers over 18 with a Handicap equal to or above 26 for men and equal to or above 36 for women are welcome to join.
First category players will compete under stroke play format for men while in the second category for men and the two women categories will compete under stable ford format.
Best net scores in each category will be awarded a free stay for two at a Meliá Hotels International – Cuba hotel. First runners-up in each category will be awarded trophies and golf merchandise; individual golf related skills will also be awarded.
Games will be played according to the Royal and Ancient St. Andrews Golf Club, local rules will also apply and the use of golf carts is compulsory.
- SINGLES PARTY MELIÁ CUBA
Allow yourself to cultivate new friendships in an atmosphere catered for singles filled with joy, creativity and good humour from the 2nd to the 9thof June i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.

Here it is again! The by now traditional Argentinean week in Sol Palmeras resort. From the 18th to the 23rd of June 2018 South American culture will once more have its ball in Varadero; in a week with the regular program of activities.

It’s that time of September and with it the traditional celebrations for Mexico’s Independence. Meliá Cuba invites you to take pleasure in its third edition of the Mexican National Celebrations which comes loaded and full of surprises this year.
From the 10th of September to the 17th of the same month in the Habana Libre Tryp Hotel you will be able to closely witness the best of Aztec culture: cookery and cocktail tasting, traditional music, dancing and much more.

- X MELIÁ CUBA GOLF CUP
From the 17th to the 20th of October the traditional Meliá Golf Cup will reach its 10th edition! It’s a golf specialist event that every year entices you to live the experience of the 18th hole sport in Cuba’s best greenery.
The Cup has its seat in the Varadero Golf Club on a narrow fringe that runs parallel to the beach with more than 60 hectares of playable area; there are also forests with autochthonous vegetation and lagoons, all of which combine in great appeal.
Meliá Las Americas hotel, a 5 star resort solely for adults has hosted the cup since its inception.
The tournament is played under stroke play format in the first categories for men and women. Second categories for both men and women are played under Stable ford format.

This is the beer festival in Cuba catered for lively, fun crowds from the 1st to the 6th of October you will have an excellent opportunity to be entertained in the 6th edition of the Oktoberfest International Beer Festival organized by Meliá Hotels International – Cuba in its usual location, the 4 star Superior Meliá Las Antillas all inclusive resort placed in Varadero. This event is catered only for over 16 adults.
